Pentrehobyn is approached down a tree-lined drive and is surrounded by some 100 acres of land belonging to the Pentrehobyn Estate to provide complete privacy.
There are some 3 acres of garden within the house's surrounding stone wall, while beyond the Llettai, there is a Victorian walled garden, also facing south, with a central lawn.
Beyond that is a 17th century barn likely to be converted into a further family house in due course.
The extent of the land round the house leads down to the River Alyn.
It is also ideal for displaying birds of prey, one of the outside activities that can be arranged at Pentrehobyn.
We can also arrange and pigeon shooting and will provide all the equipment including pigeon traps, clays and cartridges, as well as guns, if required. This has become an increasingly popular activity for our guests.
